About Coast Mountain Home Inspection

Coast Mountain is a Vancouver owned Home Inspection business. Our aim is to provide high quality Home Inspections; we focus on customer care. Our principal Inspector, Paul Oliner, has an impeccable pedigree in construction, and customer service and support. Having over 25 years of experience as a European trained Carpenter and Mason, Paul has undertaken contracts for insurers, local school boards, and senior homes as a highly trusted contractor. Paul's construction company was a member of the Federation of Master Builders UK and EU. He has worked in construction in the US and has experience in all aspects of North American construction systems, including hands on experience with framing, foundation work, roofing, etc.. He has also worked for a major UK government department and public housers as an evaluator for authorization of construction projects. This work involved physical evaluation of properties for condition and component repairs and overseeing this realm of work.

Paul has trained extensively in the field of Home Inspection. He graduated from Carson Dunlop's training system, Carson Dunlop® is acknowledged as one of the leading educators in the Industry. Paul has also attended the AHIT® Inspector training school in the US, and "apprenticed" under top Inspectors in the Industry.

Being an Registered member of CAHPI® BC, Paul has passed their admission exams which are amongst the most stringent of all Home Inspection Associations, thus assuring homebuyers high quality service from such members.
