Excellent job. Saved me and my family from stress that we would have gone through if we had bought this place. Since I work in a Bank and deal with Mortgages, I know the importance that needs to be placed on inpections. But my wife who doesnt understand all these things, was pretty happy and said you "FIRST TIME YOU DID THE RIGHT THING BY GETTING THE HOUSE INPECTED". The 3 hours that Paul spent on the property were really important for our life. The detail to which you looked at everything was great. We will make Paul as a permanent member of our small team which comprises me, my wife and my two small sons aged 6 & 13. We will also recommend Paul to all our friends who are buying properties. I am just contacting you to thank you for your great work on the Inspection you undertook for us recently. We had an offer on the table subject to your Inspection at 12546 XXXXXX XX thank goodness we called you in !
If you recall, you identified some structural problems in the crawlspace due to water seepage and recommended a more expansive condition report. Due to your excellent report (with color pictures) we were able get a specialist report that saved us over $18k in necessary repairs. We were able to take all this into account before completion.

Hi Paul,
I just wanted to say thanks again for you all your help. Your awesome! We had our hearing on October , and just got our decision the other day.
The arbitrator decided in our favor and we were awarded our costs plus they have to fix the leak, mould problem, and the fan in the bathroom. If they don't fixed it by the end of December then we are allowed to deduct $100/month off the rent.
We wouldn't have know that the fan in the bathroom was broken if you hadn't come to do your inspection.
Again, thanks for all your help and hard work. You were extremely helpful, efficient, friendly, and did way beyond what I would have expected. I will definitely refer you to other people if they are in need or your services or when my partner and I are ready to buy a house. Hopefully within the next few years.
Yvonne (who referred me to you) also won her arbitration and was awarded a settlement.

I will keep the dryer issue in mind, I f I am not mistaken, the dryer vent was at the back, near the plants, but I'll confirm that.
