1 ) What is a home inspection?

A professional home inspection is a non-destructive inspection of the systems and componants of a house. This should give a good overview as to the condition of the home.

This depends on a few factors, but a full inspection typically takes 3-4 hours.

3 ) Should I attend the inspection?

Yes, it is always better to attend. This gives you a chance to better understand whatb is involved, and ask questions about the condition of the house.

This depends on size, type and age of property. Our fees start from $320.00

5 ) How and when do I get my report?

You will get your report the same day, either on-site copy, or more typically e-mailed to your account within hours.

We accept cash, cheque and major credit cards

7 ) What happen once I move in and I have a problem with the house?

You ring me and I will come and asess the situation. Home Inspection is not an exact science and is a snap shot of the property on the day of the Inspection.
