Home Inspection and Building science is a continually evolving science. Having undertaken comprehensive Home inspection training we are still striving to keep up to date with all aspects of construction. To this end we have a commitment to ongoing education which is facilitated, and mandatory as a member of Caphi(BC)® and Nachi® .
A background in construction in Europe and the USA gives the overview necessary to know how a house is put together, but attendance of training opportunities as well as interaction with other inspectors gives you an ever improving service.
No two Inspectors will report identical defects but we will give you an honest assessment on the day and will follow up any concerns you may have about the service you recieve.
